AI Opportunity Audit

$249

100% of the $249 credits toward a proof of concept or implementation booked within 30 days of Decision Pack delivery. Not redeemable for cash.

Who it is for

Owners who want to know what is actually worth changing before spending money on AI or automation. The audit is a paid, fixed-scope review of one real workflow, the friction inside it, and the realistic paths forward.

What you get

  • A short pre-session questionnaire, plus research on your business done before we ever meet.
  • One working session of about 75 minutes, by video.
  • A concise Decision Pack within 5 business days with the workflow in scope, the recommended first move, a current-state workflow view, and up to three strongest supported opportunities ranked by impact, effort, risk, and readiness.
  • The evidence and assumptions behind the recommendation, with material unknowns kept visible instead of hidden behind a score.
  • Recommended tools with current public pricing when a tool is actually part of the answer, plus estimated implementation costs when enough information exists.
  • Estimated impact, cost, and potential return based on the information available and clearly stated assumptions.

  • What not to automate, and why.
  • A measurement plan for knowing whether the first move actually worked.
  • Delivered in English or Spanish.
  • Daniel reviews, edits, and approves the final pack.

What is not included

  • It is not a build. No software changes hands during the audit. It is the decision work that makes a build worth doing, or tells you not to build one.
  • Tool subscriptions are yours to buy.
  • Estimates are not exact ROI promises. They rest on the information available and clearly stated assumptions.

How it goes

  1. 01Buy the audit.
  2. 02Answer a short pre-call questionnaire.
  3. 03Hold the 75-minute session.
  4. 04Receive the Decision Pack within 5 business days.
  5. 05Decide what comes next. 100% of the $249 credits toward a proof of concept or implementation booked within 30 days of Decision Pack delivery. Not redeemable for cash.

What may come next

Bigger steps, only when they are proven.

The same founder who leads the assessment stays accountable for technical direction if you choose to continue. A proof of concept tests the uncertain part when needed. Straightforward work can go directly to implementation with documentation, training, and 30 days of stabilization.

Proof of concept

SCOPED

Fixed price quoted in writing after the audit

Who it is for

A proof of concept is a normal confidence-building step for custom or uncertain work, but it is not mandatory for every engagement. Straightforward training, setup, and configuration can go directly to implementation. Custom AI workflows, integrations, and software normally begin here.

What you get

  • A working proof of concept for the opportunity named in your audit, built with limited real examples from your business.
  • A fixed scope and a fixed price quoted in writing before any work starts.
  • A test of the most important assumption, not a demo with fake data.
  • A plain-language summary of the results and exactly what full implementation would require.
  • Results checked against the real examples and success criteria agreed with you.

What is not included

  • It is not a production system. It proves the value before you commit to one.
  • Ongoing support beyond the proof of concept window.
  • Platform and subscription fees, which you pay directly to the vendors.

How it goes

  1. 01The audit names the opportunity.
  2. 02Scope and fixed price signed in writing.
  3. 03Build and test inside your real workflow.
  4. 04Review the results together.
  5. 05Decide on implementation with evidence in hand.

Implementation

SCOPED

Quoted in writing after assessment

Who it is for

Businesses ready to build a solution into daily operations. Typically the step after a successful proof of concept, though straightforward training, setup, and configuration can start here directly.

What you get

  • The agreed solution built into your operations, end to end. That can be training and enablement, tool setup and configuration, a custom GPT, a knowledge assistant, workflow automation, an integration, an internal tool, or a lightweight application.
  • Plain-language documentation your team can actually read.
  • Training so the people who run it know what to do.
  • Review points, approval rules, and system boundaries documented in the written scope before launch.
  • The 30-day stabilization period covers reproducible defects attributable to the agreed deliverables and reasonable configuration adjustments needed for the delivered scope to work as documented.

What is not included

  • New features, changed processes, or new data or integration requirements after delivery. Those are quoted separately and honestly.
  • Third-party outages, vendor pricing changes, or third-party API changes.
  • Ongoing support, monitoring, retraining, or emergency support after the 30-day stabilization window. Later changes, additional phases, optimization reviews, or project-specific support can be scoped separately in writing.
  • Platform and subscription fees, which you pay directly to the vendors.

How it goes

  1. 01Proof of concept results reviewed together when a proof was needed.
  2. 02Implementation scope and price signed in writing.
  3. 03Build with scheduled check-ins.
  4. 04Launch with documentation and training.
  5. 0530 days of stabilization included.
