I grew up in El Paso and was the first in my family to graduate from college. I am bilingual, English and Spanish. I am a husband and a father.

Before anything else, I am a technologist. I learn new tools because I enjoy them, and I solve problems because that is the fun part. That habit became a career: 14+ years building software and automation, including inside large companies.

I run this company the way I was raised to work: say what you will do, do it, and charge a fair price.

For 14+ years, I have built and modernized software inside large enterprises. My work has included critical systems used by millions of people, enterprise DevOps platforms supporting dozens of applications, APIs, automation, monitoring, and proofs of concept for emerging technology.

I have worked as a hands-on engineer, engineering lead, product owner, scrum master, and technical educator. I have also spoken at industry conferences and technical exchanges in the United States and Europe.

That range taught me to do more than build the thing. First understand the problem. Test the assumptions. Explain the tradeoffs. Then deliver something people can actually use.

The AI industry is busy selling to itself. Meanwhile the businesses that keep a town running, the plumbers, the dental offices, the auto shops, the salons, get sold long contracts for tools that do not fit, or they get ignored entirely. Spanish-first businesses get ignored twice. Families who could use this technology the most hear about it the least.
